  • Happy New Year everyone! This tutorial shows you an easy way to recycle your old calendar/planner covers. No special bookbinding tools needed!
I started my "365 Days Of Ephemera" project and have been making more short videos lately. Don't worry, I'll still be posting these longer tutorials too! I'm also working on new digital sets for my Etsy shop. Just to let everyone know: I have several chronic conditions so my work pace isn't the fastest, as I have to listen to my body (a lot). But anyways, I'll post longer tutorials every once in a while and I'll make sure to update you every time I have added something new to my Etsy shop!
I hope this year brings a lot of inspiration for us all!

Oh, you're not bothering at all! I used the Binding Glue by Amelie, but any PVA glue will work perfectly! 😊

A few years ago, I used this gluing method for loose pages. Now that journal had come loose. I'm so tempted to re-do it. But I'm scared that it won't last long. Again. Haiz ...

Yes, unfortunately this type of binding isn't always as long-lasting as sewing through the spine. It depends on the glue, how tightly the pages are glued together and other things like that. Sometimes it feels it's just in the hands of some greater force 😅 You could always glue it again, but I would recommend sewing it into the spine if you intend to create something you want to cherish for years and years to come 😊
