Hi! It's called a scoring board / scoreboard. Mine is We R Memory Keepers Trim And Score Board (the metric version). I ordered it from Craftelier, but you can find it on many online craftstores or on Amazon 😊

I made the pocket out of 21x9 cm paper, folded that in half so the pocket is 10,5x9 cm. The window in the middle is about 8,5x5,5 cm. I cut my acetate slightly bigger to make sure it covers the whole window. Papers for the notepad are 9,5x7 cm. The cover for the notepad needs to be the same width (7cm), but a few centimeters taller so you can fold it in the back and glue everything in place 😊
