i dont think you need to change air filters that frequently most of the time you can just blow them out and your good that one that was in the echo was good also it looks brand new so I'm sure your fine not sure if the stihl blower is new or not but make sure you check the spark plug same with he filters I doesn't always need to be replaced it could just need the spark plug gap
I went electric, no gas components to replace. However, my car sees low miles of use each year, so it chirps for oil changes right around December... :P
