It should be noted that the physical and mental challenges do not end with the Hell Week, but rather are a regular part of the KSKs service life. During the total service time of minimum 12 years they will encounter such enormous challenges over and over again during training, exercises and the actual missions and of course they can drop out of the KSK also later on if they cannot keep up. This is likely also the case for any other top special forces around the world. This documentation should make you think twice if special forces are a path you can hope to endure.
They don't cheer you up they just watch you, drop the log and you are out. You have to do it by yourself, if you need to be cheered on, then the ksk is the wrong place for you

The court could not confirm the other allegations, so no political extremism !! Once again a lot of shouting about nothing. By constantly repeating an incident painted in bright colors by resourceful journalists, the judiciary cannot be influenced. Fortunately, we live in a constitutional state and not in a mediocracy!

Yea, I honestly feel like it's just as effective, if not more so, then the screaming with most special forces training.
