3 Phala Phala theft suspects back in court on Monday

The case against three suspects accused of theft at President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala farm is back in court on Monday. The matter was postponed during their last appearance in August, to allow for the disclosure of the docket. The court also needed to confirm the services of an interpreter. #Newzroom405's Juniour Khumalo reports.

Come on. These guys need to explain who entered the house and did they found where the money was. CR was fairly cleared of misconduct and on financial transaction. It was his money, not the corruption money from the state, the receipt was in terms of the law and he paid tax for it. SARB, SARS and PP, all found nothing wrong. No one was able to bring evidences to say these institutions were wrong.
