For checking the EEV opening status that is in Palses, you need a Service Checker as the controller unfortunately doesn’t display it.

What do you do to fix that starving indoor unit?
is the eev defective?

Recovered the remaining refrigerant from the system and found a leak on the outdoor unit by pressure testing the system with Nitrogen.
Repaired the leak and recharged the system 👍
