Thank you for sharing your wonderful video. I was really impressed by how you handled the recovery process - I’ve learned a lot from you.I wanted to ask for your advice regarding a VRV 4 system that I recently put on a test run. It came up with error code "JA." Upon checking, I found that the pressure was at 0, indicating no gas in the system.Do you think the error is due to the lack of gas, or could it be a faulty high-pressure sensor? If it's just due to the gas, could you advise me on the correct procedure for charging the system?I appreciate any guidance you can offer!
@@rhvac I really appreciate your help! I will definitely carry out the pressure test. After that, could you advise on the best charging method? Should I go with auto charge or manual?I understand that I need to charge the system before the test operation to avoid getting the "JA" error again, so I'd appreciate your guidance on the next steps once the vacuum is completed.Looking forward to your advice!
Hi, Unfortunately by accident I deleted my previous comment in regards to how to do it 😖 But hopefully as you read it, you remember to put the system in recovery mode before doing the pressure test or vacuuming or charging it 😉 For charging the system, I usually look at the system refrigerant charge records and then I put the unit in recovery mode and charge it manually through the liquid and discharge line. After that, I personally keep it in the off position by turning the power supply isolator off for at least 10 minutes and then turn on the system and it should automatically come out of the recovery mode and power up in the normal mode 👍
Setting No 14 will tell you how many Branch Selectors are connected (BS Boxes). VRV outdoor units are piped into the BS Boxes and BS Boxes are branched connected to the indoor units. Check this: images.app.goo.gl/4u4p5vuf28M336Qq7
