Go check out my good friend Tyler Wysong. He’s a vocal coach and he’s got a bunch of great free content on his channel and then be sure to check out his website for a systematic plan. Your voice is an instrument. You just need to learn how to play it. Believe me, I used to barely be able to sing and I was all over the map and wildly inconsistent. It just takes some commitment, a good mindset, and lots of reps :) Here’s my buddy Tyler’s channel: th-cam.com/channels/R7QGDFuhP6v8MgvS8jSolg.html
I don’t have any experience with band lab so unfortunately I don’t have the answer. I would say the concepts are much more important than the precise settings and technical things so don’t get too hung up on those specifics and try to focus on the underlying concepts and then hopefully you can apply them across any daw or system.
Why does he say 'Night' , like 'Noight' ? What the hell is that? 😂... Reminds me of that old White Lion song 'Wait' .. "I never got a chance to Lav you" ... they were Swedish or something though so they had an excuse. We always joked about that and how stupid it sounded.
Bro i swear if you do a full version cover id replay it atleast 1000 times, you got such an amazing voice!
Appreciate the kind words my friend :)

Very informative ❤️
Thank you!
underappreciated!
Is these plugins are free/stock?
Thanks! I'm not sure if I can apply it to my songs right away, but I'll practice it anyway.
That sounds great. Don’t feel like you need to apply everything right away. Just start with a couple basic plugins and build it up from there
The way to get the lany sound,
First. Have a Good Vocal.❤❤😂
I love your voice
640 subscribers???? tf thought it was atleast a million
Haha I’ll definitely take that as a compliment :)
If only I could sing. Another great informative video but I can't sing to save myself.

@@theindiemusiclab Thanks! I will give it a try but I think it will be like tying a knot on a broken guitar string.
How can I contact you for mixing
I could just use my puigtec after the compressor right to emulate that sausage fattener?
Oh definitely! If it sounds good, it is good
❤❤❤
this is amazing, what's the name of the app?
What do you mean by “app”?
@@theindiemusiclab I think @Muhammad Zulfikar Fauzi was referring to the DAW that you used.
I think it's Studio One if I'm not mistaken?
Oh yes, I’m using Studio One. Thanks for clarifying!
@@theindiemusiclab thank u so much !
