the democratic government achieved more than what the apartheid government could ever do in half the time... these developments are prove of that... 40 years of apartheid achieved 6000 km or national road, today in about 30 years we are sitting in 25 000 km of surfaced national roads. the Joburg airport had about 5 million capacity... but now the same Airport has a capacity of 25 million people per year

@@ohlangeni there's no black government but democratic one. there are many white and Indian people in the government.. but many whites insist its a black government.

Since 1994, it has been governed by the African National Congress whose leaders are 97% Black African and whose voters are 89% according to the Stats of the last General Election. It is most definately a Black Government no matter how look at it. It is for that reason that White South Africans correctly point it out, that Black administered government has certain attributes different from their Apartheid government.
