When I woke up this morning, I played it as I was shaving. I then came downstairs, opened my laptop, and found you published this version just about the time I was listening in my car. My daughter passed away 8 years ago. She sends me signs through songs. This is one for me. Thanks, Annalise and IMY2! You made my day.
I'm pretty sure her audio couldn't've been recorded in a single session, given the backing harmonies we hear. Presumably it went through a little bit of autotune and filtration as well.

To be honest she is alright and did some good effort - if you listen on headphone you can hear all the parts that autotune kicks in - which distracts me quite a lot. The original song is still just pure gold

OK, you've covered songs before where I was only 'meh' on the original and you made me love your version, but this is the first time you've taken a song that I already loved and made me like your version better!
