My initial reaction to Bella Santiago's cover of KZ Tandingan's version of Rolling In The Deep was to be outraged that she was copying KZ and just shortened it to fit the time she was allowed. The judges were gushing about Bella's creativity, etc and as best I could tell from the Romanian chatter, Bella was happy to let them think it was her work. After watching it again a few times, I came around to thinking Bella was very good. There's a lot of difficult things happening in KZ's version and Bella pulled it off quite well. Not as good as KZ but it's a rare singer that's as good as KZ. It's been a few years since I watched Bella's other performances on the X Factor but I recall being impressed.
Im sorry but kz is way better than this. Although they are both my fellow county but as a mo musician my self. Kz is far better. The quality of kz in every move,style, Is very different.
