Hey guys...it's not chukka...it's sookha....which literally translates to "dry" ...so dry mutton. You'd ask why it's calles dry...dry because many dishes come with a gravy/curry and the sookha distinguishes that it'd be dry . Essentially, most Indians prefer the curry /gravy to go with Rice and would not prefer a masala mix dish , the sukha/or sookha - because it don't mix too well. Hope this helps

Just one word of advice from experience, unless you hve carb sensitivity, keto wont really help you in anythng, it will just increase your stress. And trinity your beautiful dont restrict yourself, just try being healthy by choosing good healthy food and not fast food junk. You dont really need to stress about various fade diets.
