Good stuff man, I'm in Fredericksburg VA store #464 with the same issue. This helped me trouble shoot and not feel so intimidated by the task🤟🤟 thankyou!
Thanks man. I just bought the same oven used and one of them lit when I first got it hooked up to gas but now, neither one of them will light. I'm going to try ordering two new igniters.
Any idea why a vulcan convection oven will continue to blow heat and hot air once the doors are opened? Im assuming a shut off valve of some sort is broken that's not killing the heat when the doors are opened? Its one of those things in the kitchen we have gotten used to but i want to see if i can fix... thanks
Actually he could have saved a hundred bucks . The flame sensor is actually just a continuity sensor to ground it works by sensor the equipment ground through the plasma created by the flame . Plasma is conductive all he had to do is clean off the sensor with 220 grit sand paper ....

Did you ever figure out how to do this in 5 mins or less?
I cant figure out how to turn this damn thing on
If you'd of taken the two bolts holding the manifold on you could have slid the entire assembly out of that unit with ease.
The job should take 5 mins, if you know what your doing. You had no clue.... did you?
