Nintendo revealed the fully animated new cutscenes for the upcoming Mario Vs. Donkey Kong remake. I think they look fantastic but I have to say there is something magical about the original cutscenes that is lost in the modern era.
I honestly think both versions of the cutscenes are really amazing! So join us for a discussion and a comparison of them both.

Also donkey kongs teeth are retractable
Not to mention, the changes in voice acting. They took away the iconic "no, you don't!", and "what's going on here! oh, you mommy (gibberish).".
On the Switch, Mario just says "Wait!", which, to me, has no emotion.
And the other future cutscenes are even worst in the remake.
I think the old cut screens have way more charm but the new graphics look good
Definitely! I’m glad the new cutscenes are showing people the old.
And other things I want to mention is mario dead animation in the remake feels like a cheap I mean in gba has more animation went mario dead in different ways but hey at least they remove fall damage for the remake so that's good to know
I actually did a short comparing those animations on the channel!
Yeah there’s a bit more to those old animations that I find special.
The GBA cutscenes are WAY better.
