Irritable Bowel Disease & Mental Health

This is so needed. I know someone who suffers from such IBD - ulcerative colitis who struggles with mental health issues. It's been a struggle for them. What would be the best modality or stress management skills to introduce them?

I think this refers to INFLAMMATORY Bowel Disease (as opposed to Irritable Bowel Syndrome).
