    Ronnie, Thanx a lot for the video. This is the far most clear video for how to do a wheelie! I watched lots of content and I missed something... after watching this video, I took my 2T Husky and practice. In very little time it hit me! What I was missing is using the front break - now I'm getting it :)

    I can do great higher speed wheelies both sitting or standing. The slow clutch/brake ones have always been my struggle. Not confident enough and don’t have the muscle memory to hit the rear brake before its to late. And then I end up not in the balance point and wind out the gear too soon.

    • @faisstlife
      @faisstlife  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      yeah the slow ones are a little harder. just have to keep practicing them until you get them.. try to just start with your foot already over the rear break. that way it's already in place if needed 👍🏼👍🏼

    I've been practicing like crazy. The bike tends to start falling to one side or the other as soon as the wheel comes up and I have to let off. Also, does tire pressure matter? I have the rear set pretty low, around 10 psi because there's a lot of loose terrain where I'm practicing

      Happened to me before as well. Just invested a lot of time on stationary balance and general balance training. Also was extremely difficult for me to do it on Yamaha YZ250, but on KTM EXC300 is way way easier. Maybe its just a preference, but I felt so much better on KTM imediatelly.

    Yeah if ur new i always say start with 80 or kx 100 crf 150 something small that would hurt u if ur a new rider...pw 50jk....hey if ur not really coordinated be super patient most of mx sx rr racer are highly coordinated dont be hard on urself relax an breath dont let ur friends push u its ur arse that on the bike not theirs...really to GB practice on your mountain bike i do nose wheelie into a wheelie on mountain bike u can really train ur balance an upgrade it...but pop a wheelie on a mountain bike an feel the back tire if u cant then practice...some times mountain bike has a short wheel base its harder to feel the wheelie balance an if it too long it would let u pop it an then u go to far an thro it away have ur feet ready...i skate board vert so im always ready to put my feet to earth regardless of it forward or behind me grass is the best for popping wheelys with a new tire u can barely stop it from wheeying
