I used a router and connected both Ethernet cables to lan ports of router. On going to router other to my pc. But still I’m not get any response from printer. NetWare is on my cannon ir 5030i. Am I missing anything ?
@@dennisthefatkid Hi I do the exact same the problem is only one PC success but the others not working. At first I do not have any workgroup until I go to network and join workgroup. I saw others PC name in same network but still cannot receive scan folder. It is weird that I can print from PC.
Do not enable SMB v1! It is not installed for a reason. Windows comes default with SMB v2 and v3 enabled, v1 is old, insecure and therefore turned off..You can skip that step and it will still work. The rest of the guide is good though.
Hi, i need help. When I am clicking the people to share with I cannot see the user that I newly created from the drop down list. And when entering username and password in scanner it says "invalid credentials like username of password" but when logging in in microsoft website username and password is correct.
Hi Alyssa, I believe that yo are created an account under Microsoft , I strongly suggest that to create an offline account as what I guided in this video

Do you caps lock keyboard , please make sure is small letter, second ... you may try ping command in machine , ping your pc , if host response , it might be your 3rd party antivirus/ firewall block. Try turn it off

The theory for Konica is similar , just follow this simple 5 steps apply on Konica machine , you can get the same result too 👍🏻

@@shafeeq5804 try using command prompt to ping your copier IP, if connection lost.. you have to troubleshoot your network first

I never try before , I believe the method is similar.. as long as Mas giving permission to canon copier

Do you install any third party firewall / antivirus in pc ? If yes please disable it
