That's kinda the same problem and flaw with Ant-Man. He could punch people and kick them with the same normal size force but can stand on a gun without weight.

This would be a weird and balanced item:
-Can become Small
-Can't become Invisible
It would definitely offer some interesting mechanics and new strategies. I’d imagine that Spy’s hurt box would be drastically decreased, making it harder to hit. However, he could easily be killed by being stepped on.

-can shrink size to go unnoticed, hide, and attack
-can’t go invisible or use disguise kit
-Lowers health while small

I think a lot of it is thinking in terms of how a cameraman would be handling in that situation. Usually, in TF2, it's pretty obvious that it's some guy following these guys around, so I think keeping that style is really essential to making everything look realistic.
TF2SoldierGnome That's true! And I do love that they stuck to that aesthetic. If I were to do a TF2 short like this, I'd do similar camera angles. Classic and byootiful.

The reason he is really strong while still small is because when you skeins something it keeps it’s weight for example if I were to shrink the the spy he would keep his weight and strength he’s just smaller
and also like antman, there is no continuity to this strength (ie why couldn't he punch through the glass)

Knowing that so many details were animated manually makes me appreciate how incredibly high quality it has and how much effort was put into this. Seeing the soldier's helmet and the scout tags jiggle in every shot impressed me, and it's things like that, aswell as overall polish that makes this stick out to me so much. Not only that, but it still manages to look cartoony even with all the careful details. The lighting is very color full and clear too, which makes it very easy to behold and whitness all the work in the scenes. Purely amazing.

Yeah, Giant soldier would be weaker, sin his mass is less dense.
Probably the reason why he was so fragile (get it, because he got his head chopped off by a bloody ceiling fan)

The Winglet Outstanding vid as always dude! Did it take you long to flesh out the swift animations? Never once have i seen an oddly timed or rushed scene, it all looks like one sweet cartoon-like animation.

theboomandbang1 Most of the fighting animations I got down pretty quick, but I had to change the timing of a lot of shots to keep it under the limit. Thanks for the encouragement :)

What if Engineer missed Sniper's coffee? Everyone would be wondering what kind of bug would wear a tuxedo.
What if the soldier had killed the engineer?
He'd just have killed the spy.
The spy was strong enough to trip and punch a Spy, but can't push the glass jar that the Soldier is holding down
Well, it seems to use ant-man logic, spy's matter was condensed by shrinking, thus he retained his natural strength and may have gained some.
