    Ah, the familiar 'dawn harpist' (Eopsaltria). Entering his bushland domain, he flies up to perch sideways on a trunk for a good old stickybeak. When you move off, he may accompany you. Great little vid, complete with his characteristic piping.

    They quite common in the Nowra NSW area. I still enjoy seeing them.

    Nice camera work! I heard one of these at a bush walk called terry’s creek near Eastwood/Epping in Sydney. I had to search up to find which bird I could hear, because I had never heard it before.
