Looks like to me like the banks there don't go in and sell everything off or throw it away and sell the house to get back owed property tax like U.S. IRS does. Here most abandoned buildings are owned by the bank or there is a problem that is too expensive to fix (removing black mold, lead, asbestos, fire extinguishing systems, and/or demolition/debre removal) so it is left to rot filled with hoarder overflow. Cheaper to buy a newer house to live in. Keep paying taxes on the broken property because it still adds to their "worth" or "wealth".

This house is just amazing! I love it 😍 I bet Mr. Pierre and his family lived a happy life in this cute house, so sad that they forgot about it and left it neglected, dusty and forgotten. I just love everything inside. I like the old cozy vibes, the antiques and all the old decorations. The furnitures as well. And what an amazing fireplace!!! And also the staircaise, one of a kind and so so special 😍😍😍 and my fav in abandoned places, BOOKS!!! ❤ Everything is literally left behind, so much stuff 🤯 At least mother nature is looking after it. Stunning place , incredible home , does much look like someone died sudden , plates , pots and pans left by the sink, however someone emptied the fridge and cleaned it very well inside 🤔, strange relatives didn't claim the House , makes me wonder if there was a family dispute over the property , absolutely crazy to abandoning such a great home, so full of character 😩, the bust is very interesting , but to me , doesnt look like Joseph Stalin , as for one the bust has so little hair , no hairline , Stalin had good head of hair, hmm maybe a long distant cousin ☺, or possibly a relative of Pierre 🤔 , excellent video ,thank you. you go to such amazing places .
This mansion is remarkable; the spiral stairs leading to an adjacent cross bridge that enters his work room! Nice! What I really like about these old places is the cabinets! You don't see those furninishings in modern houses. Stay safe on your next journey!
