Not too bad of a repair. I would highly recommend putting some heat resistant tape over the components above where you were heating, cause the hot air might loosen some of those surface mount components and cause an issue. Or they'll just... Fry. Lol

Why in my case FPC connector does not sit on motherboard, there is little bit gap between PCB & connector. When I press connector, Flux come out.

It's flux. Helps the liquified metal bind to the pads/connection points and flow more easily instead of bunching up and getting everywhere.
