Unfortunately, I was going to a show of the band but they canceled, maybe for Peter's health, and months after he passed away. That's what's heartbreaker for me and all the people. I'll never gonna see him, and this is totally soulripper. I'm sure that if you went to a show of Type, you have all of them for all your life.
This is probably my all time favorite live video of them. In many performances, they sometimes seem to be butchering the songs on purpose, but I know that’s their humor lol. But this, no one’s joking, you can see all that pain in Peter’s face. Kenny brings so much energy to the show, you can’t help but admire Josh’s hair flips and Johnny just keeping perfect time
I understand your feelings. But you can't replace someone who created a whole thing. Pete was not just a singer and bass player. He was Type O himslef. Even I dearly respect all remainig members who were just incredible. We must understand, that he was the main song creator, he sang about his own life, joy, sorrow, deamons, ideas... It's impossible to run Type O without Green man. What would be nice to see some tribute concert, but as Johnny said: "It would have to include all reamaining members and there's no way Josh is gonna do that" ... Josh and Peter were childhood friends. They lived on the same street and knew each other at least 35 years. I mean Type O was not like the other bands. It was "family project". As Kenny said after Peter left us: "Part of me died wih him".
Kenny’s “backup” vocals are incredible.
This song is so beautifully fucked up. The tears. The pain. The connection. So beyond anything I can explain. Live forever Green Man.
Thank you so much! Agree with you in all your beautiful words!
Can anyone imagine a (tv) program showing a 10 minute song uninterrupted these days?
Pure Majesty. The mighty Green man,Never to be duplicated, terribly missed, happily remembered.Thank you for the wonderful music,RIP good sir.
Excellent! Well said!!
Pete lived every word in this song. So intense 😭💚
Great song, great band 💚 RIP Green Man 💚

If you went to a show and the only song Type 0 played was this one..... You would leave totally satisfied and fulfilled....and ready to kick some A

They should continue the band, I miss it so badly. Even with 3 of them it’s better then nothing . God dammit .
I think it's better that way. They have left a precious legacy and wonderful records. Zero failures, just perfection.
