Great tour and presentation. For nearly $6million I would personally choose a slightly smaller house with more trees in Silicon Valley, but lots of people love the desert lifestyle.
It feels like BH has started living off its reputation and is now cutting corners and offering less. At that price point (with obstructed Strip views) little things like a second dish-washer are noticeably absent.
Hey Randy! I agree I would have liked to see a second dishwasher for a home like this. This is a resale home in which the owner selected all options/upgrades specific to their liking😁🙌
Hello! Yes a truly smooth stucco look is very hard to achieve. Definitely some imperfections. Not sure why Blue Heron doesn’t use panels, could be the aesthetic and not wanting the exterior to become potentially busy. I appreciate the feedback and the support as always😁🙌
@@11REIGN11 they kept it as a blank canvas for someone to do what they’d like. Lots of people decide to do landscaping after the fact and not through the builder to save money😁

@@dannydhas those are builder grade spec homes with c level views and HOA mandated landscaping over 700 a sq it should be custom not tract I work in brentwood CA and those prices are double the mean...form and finish make luxury
For $5.7 Million, this builder is going to have to do better than those cheap Home Depot air-conditioning vent grills. For $5.7 Million, it needs to have landscaping. For $5.7 Million, door hinges and the motorized shades need to be concealed. It's just very generic and dull. No WOW factor. $1.2 Million tops for this.

What's up with the same same same architecture with these expensive huge homes? Why are not there more activity and sports included? Its not like they don't have the space ... where are the indoor golf simulators, bowling alley, basketball ... or what ever ... just ridiculous these huge multi million dollar homes are so same same same boring
@@Rommy-1000 hey Rommy! These are not fully custom homes, hence why you’ve probably seen a lot of these Zenith blue heron homes. The owner decided to keep it simple, however you’re correct there is plenty of space for a buyer to come in and add some of those things you mention🙌😁

Danny, have you noticed that no matter how smooth the stucco is applied, it's always uneven? How come BH doesn't use fiber cement panels instead?

One down the street just sold for $736 per sqft, same floorplan and similar finishes. This one is on a smaller lot though🙌

That is one unattractive home that was well presented. Only a fool would pay anything close to the asking price.
