Personal experience and opinion: Avoid the Nokia XR20, it behaves quiet buggy and has a tendency to freeze up and act funny. It's just not well optimised what so ever. The build quality is also a bit questionable as the more "fragile" rubber pieces quickly started to unglue it self and risked being ripped apart, which forced me to get a case to protect said areas. Just not a good phone IMO.
Good video, however, I would add a mention or at least a graphic indicating what carriers they are compatible with. It seems #4 thru #1 are not compatible with the AT&T network. Realizing you can't put every worldwide carrier in your review it wold help to put something regarding what networks or types of networks these phone work on. Your top selections seem to be incompatible with a major carrier. Currently considering the Samsung phone.
Interesting. Thanks for your reviews. The unknown with all these phones to a UK buyer, is the reliability and customer service if they start to go wrong. The specifications look amazing but when you read the customer reviews there is always a couple of reviews that have had problems with the phone and not had good customer service afterwards. One reviewer had to post twice because the original review was deleted. Hmm.
I have definitely seen the kind of reviews you are talking about, where people say they had a bad experience with customer service. But there's always at least a handful of bad reviews for any product. Maybe you would feel more comfortable getting a phone from a more widely known company, such as the Nokia XR20/XR21, Samsung XCover6 Pro, or the Cat S75?
I wonder why the Ulefone 18t is only Mil 810G when the ulefone 18 and ulefone 19 which are nearly identical physically other than the cameras are Mil 810H? I wonder if the Thermal imaging camera is more fragile . Just curious.
Yeah there own site states the 18T has IP68, IP69K, MIL-STD-810H on its spec page on the Belgium site. On the US site it has the G rating so now i am confused, maybe its an error on the Belgium site. @survival superhero did you hear anything from ulefone about it ?
@@alexlo7708 I understand. But the 19t is the same phone other than being only 4G capable. It also has thermal imaging. The 18 has the same everything except thermal imaging. The 19T has everything except 4G. It seems strange that the top phone in this series has the lowest MIL rating.
I've purchased this phone and will return it. I got it for the night vision camera which is a lovely feature, but you can't record videos in night vision mode, which isn't cool, but you can get around that through recording your screen. The reasons why I'm returning it, is a poor battery life. It seems to be draining faster than my other phones who have a 5000mHA capacity. (The Doogee s99 one has 6000) There's no audio jack so I cannot connect a headset or external microphone to it. And third reason, you can't take pictures without unlocking the screen first. And that's a function I am so used to that i really want it. I thought that was a basic function of any phone tbh, but apparently not. So those are the reasons why I'll be returning the phone and will probably opt for a cheaper one with night vision. I bought it on eBay for 250€ plus shipping.
It's mentioned in the comment. It's the s99 and has been returned. I found out that you can record videos and that it was the night vision mode draining they battery at an impressive rate.
Doogee s88 pro here camera is crap now a year later two white spots mid screen wont bother changing screen and will skip the doogee brand and try another one .
In this video it'll be the DOOGEE V MAX for me, second is the Galaxy. However, what only disappoints me with the Galaxy is the low battery and knowing that its replaceable. We all know that when you buy a Class A battery or what they "✌original✌" which isn't really and all just sales talk don't last that long anymore. I'ma be searching about Dimensity 1080 if its good or not
🤦♂️ Dang it, sorry about that but thank you for pointing that out to me. I will definitely be more careful in the future. By the way, have you seen the pictures of the S100 yet? It looks like the V20 and V30 but looks like it's going to come in blue and yellow. Pretty cool looking
@@mihai-valentin8453 Tfat is a fact. Rugged phones aren't for everyone, but there are reasons to consider it. To be honest, I have been pretty disappointed with Samsung's flagships since they keep removing features. Of course, the Doogee phone is not for me since I need Samsung DeX and S-Pen.
disagree. the screen on mine shattered within the first 2 months and the warranty dept and i have been arguing for weeks. screen spiderwebbed, with blackout along cracks, chips of screen missing, and screen sensitivity dead areas. ive had it less than 3 months as of now. its the fastest ANY phone, tough or not, has ever given out on me, and i didnt take it to any extreme conditions during that time, literally just drops from waist level, falling out of pocket, etc.

the doogee s99 would be great but it isnt 5g. most networks only work on 5g so this phone would be worthless, the xcover pro is a probably the best but the lack of rapid charge is an awful choice in a build regardless of swappable batteries. all things considered it is probably the best option and most affordable with 5g and the closest to the sorely missed and cancelled active line.
the first phone you review, saying, the lowest this, the lowest that, the lowest this, now I ask you, why the heck are you including such a bad phone in your review man?
Because it is the best under $200. However, the Oukitel WP 19 PRO is only $220 and is way better in terms of RAM, SOC, and Battery, so I agree with you here.

Na minha humilde opinião o doogee S89pró,poderia estar aí entre os 4 melhores, mas parabéns pelo vídeo 👏👏👏
I'm surprised about the 64mp night vision for the Doogee s99, I've had two Doogees, s96 and s89pro and both had crap night vision.
And fragile. They're just as fragile as it typical Samsung S's
