I just ran into your Tijuana Videos and I'm in america hopefully I'll get to check it out.
Tijuana is a great city. I made most of those videos in 2019, 2020. Things have become a lot more dangerous. Lots of shootings. I hate to here that. I love Baja California. Still, with big city crime precaution I would still have a visit. Maybe go in the day and get home in the early evening. Take a taxi and avoid the 2 mile walks to downtown. You'll have a great time

I've never been asked for a id from the police but I've always been able to use a drivers license do you know if the police require a passport or is id good enough.
I'm no expert, but I don't think they care about a drivers license. They are checking for overstay. You are supposed to have an ID. I've heard Facebook forums (for what that's worth) saying a passport is the correct document. Most people agree a passport shouldn't be carried around. So a picture of your passport photo page and a picture of the entry stamp should be fine. I carry a small photo copy in case I'm in an accident. My phone with a password isn't going to help at the hospital if I'm knocked out. But, a phone picture should be enough in the rare event you're asked to produce ID for the police. They don't care who you are, they care if you are here legally. Overstay, etc..

@@EagerExpat yes, it's on the higher side for BKK, but it's fresh, they sell a lot of it. If I' doing. a day drink sesh I like the Olde English on Suk at the Thong Lor BTS. Leo pints during the day 60 baht and great food as well. Sunday roast very good and reasonably priced.
@@BasilFawlty677 I hear ya. I had a few Stone IPA's at Billy's Smokehouse in Phloen Chit. I think they were also 300 or 330 baht. He told me a half keg was almost $275 US. I used to deliver mail to Stone in San Diego. I just can't drink them anymore. Same with Guinness. I had my share of pints at the Ould Sod in San Diego
