Hi idol watching from La Union Philippines. Thanks for sharing your video tutorials very interesting topic people search how to buy a good quality product.God Bless!
Robbie, this SATHERO model you are showing in your video is currently selling on Amazon for $109.88 + free shipping. I tried using a couple of the cheap $20 analog type satellite signal strength meters, but they didn't work that well and even stopped working after awhile. They worked somewhat at first but were basically junk. But this fancy digital SATHERO 400 HD looks like it would work well in locating new satellites. There is another brand that does the same thing called SATLINK. I'm looking into SATLINK WS-6916 DVB-S/S2 HD Digital Satellite TV Finder with MPEG-2/MPEG-4, Digital Satellite Signal Finder Meter. It currently sells on Amazon for $116.84. It's rated on there for 4 out of 5 stars from customers. It also has a 3.5" screen. What do you think of this brand and model? I'm thinking of purchasing it in a week or two. I'm wondering if the price will be cheaper on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. Any thoughts on this?
Hi Robbie, thank you for all these videos about satellites. I really appreciate, specially when you share experiences. I am willing to buy this finder, then, I would love to know: This finder is fully compatible with CCM, VCM and ACM transponders? Thanks in advance!
@@RobbieStrike Thank you for your reply, I really appreciate. You look a very funny person... Never change that… Then, about the ACM: shorturl.at/uvCJS In practice some transponders only can be reached with ACM finders like the New FreeSat V8 Finder Meter, but the V8 Finder does not measure dBs’ like the Sathero. Unfortunately all the transponders I know as ACM are from South America and I am not sure if you can reach them from North America as well… Some examples from Anik G1 (Look for ACM at the columns): www.portalbsd.com.br/satelite_canais.php?sat=KF1 www.portaleds.com/satelites/listar.php?sat=2527 I am not sure if you will be able to find ACMs transponder in North America, but since now thank you for reply, anyway. Have a nice week!
@@RobbieStrike yea I did, thanks for it, I made this comment before I have found your video I am really sad that there is no more analog tv on satelite (never had a chance to expirience it as in Slovenia, not many people had satelite tv (especially analog one), most of the people used cable tv Not sure if there is anything left now, when Cspan is gone
