One suggestion ..... Please have your videographer spend the majority of his/her time focusing on the space and not on you and your colleagues. Frankly, it’s irritating to hear you talk about a property’s features and not be able to see what you’re talking about because the camera unnecessarily remains fixed on you talking. Your exceptionally fine videos would be made much better if this suggestion were followed.
Thank you Brendan and Hannah for helping me remember how wonderful life really is and can be! Hannah’s spirit and swag also reminds me that I am deserving: something I have forgotten over the years. Many blessings to you both!
did she seriously say it's the perfect pied-à-terre?! 😂😂 i'd die to have this as my primary ! wow ! thank you for showing us these amazing properties, brendan. keep them coming!
I love the façade of this building! Inside is everything - timeless in a modern way, I would totally style this in an Art Deco style! The views are amazing!
Absolutely insane! The apartment is incredible but is anyone else really excited about the help too? Laundry, groceries to your fridge, spa, pool, restaurant. I would literally never want to leave the building! Love love love it 💜💕🥰🤩
Brendan, one thing that I like about you and Hannah is, neither of you appear to be bragging or ostentatious. I think both of you enjoy documenting the wonderful travel excursions and other great experiences that you've had with your viewers, which includes the haves and the have-nots - and everything in between.
You're right Brendan, best apartment tour in NYC I've ever seen. 11/10. And to add on to some other comments below, I also think 33M is a fair price considering all the ameneties, the views, the craftsmanship and the competing market in it's price range. Great tour and bring Han next time!!
My dyslexic as* read $3million and I was like "Ok not bad at all". Then the lady said thirty-three and I almost past out... 11 multiple. Lord I see what you've been doing for the others out there able to pull out $33mio for an estate. Need you to see me too.
@@prescieouesangel6071 You'll find out when you get there. A lot of the usual common sense goes out the window when the cost of something is immaterial. Growing up poor I had to check the prices of everything in the grocery store. Now that I have a half decent salary, I just buy what I want. Of course it's not Whole Foods, but still.
You must not be from New York. There's no need for staging in this building. Different clientele. Btw..the apartment is already in-contract with a backup.
You lost me at "apartment". 33 million for an apartment? Never! Coming from someone that is over apartment life, an "apartment" should never be worth 33 million. Not even if you could see Jesus in Heaven from the living room window. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful! And the view is gorgeous, but not 33 million gorgeous.
This was so interesting...and to think I was blown away when Jaime said her rent is $19,000 a month (Bling Empire)☺️ The 1 percent are truly a different world. I think Hannah would indeed love that bathroom. Thanks for sharing Brendan!
LOL out of that cast only Anna can buy this on a whim, and then Jaime in the future when she inherits all her parents wealth. Maybe Kane too, but he has siblings, so their inheritance will be split.
Love the video. Definitely an impressive apartment. To me, a home is warm breezes coming through the windows, bird feeders on the porch, and a backyard garden. My initial impression was that I was a little unnerved by the view, and the thought of being imprisoned in a glass and steel creation that would be difficult to exit in an emergency......that’s a long way down.😬
The location is unbeatable. It’s very secure, packed with amenities, and filled with potential business partners for a rich person. It’s very classy and very NYC. And I love how quiet it is.
Everyone should keep in mind that cameras don’t show the true scale of any place. I’m sure in person you could definitely see that the finishes, etc are commensurate with the price. Also keep in mind you pay a premium for each floor of a building. So the higher the floor, the more expensive the apartment. I don’t work in real estate but those are just some things you find out by living in the city.
I'm sorry but 33 million? Maybe 10 million bc of the location ... but 33 million is robbery for that apartment & everything in there is small as hell . That's insanity. I can't afford it either way, but the rich women in my mind is Hot! Idc how expensive the stuff used to make that boring ass kitchen , 33 million is ridiculous .

The view is spectacular.... love it... but is it worth 33 million?? I definitely dont think so... especially after this pandemic time.... plus no outdoor space for that kind of price?
They said there was a garden on the roof I believe. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were some sort of nice indoor playground for kids. Central Park is also right there for the kids too

Hi Brendan loving and living for this content. Great job. Can the videographer show more of the space as you speak, so that we are able to see what you are seeing. That you have shots of just the space alone and then back to you guys. That the camera does a 360 on the space. The ladies sound wasn't that great but I could hear you guys clearly. Just advise for the next video. Otherwise nice job man! Its great to see what goes for R33 million in New York.
This is a fantastic apartment but it is in Manhattan. My lovely three bedroom home on 1.3 park-like acres in Stamford CT is a friendlier place to live and doesn't cost a kings ransom.
at 10:00 when you're looking out over the city and central park, I imagined taking a bath in that tub and looking out over that... and suddenly had an overwhelming sense of deep loneliness.... how odd. I guess it's just about what feels right and good to you personally. when I think of my family moving there and spending that kind of money I just imagine not being happy. It's beautiful nonethless!
thank for the video the views just WOW...33 millions seems too much? for this appartement, i know the location, and many entertainment to this building...
The view is out of the world insanely beautiful but 33 million for an apt is no‼️ But Brendan needs to meet Josh Altman. I want to see what he thinks. Love Josh Altman!
If it’s not too invasive, can you guys tell us how much you approximately spend on your renovations? It’s a world that I dream to live in but am never sure how much you need or how to finance it properly.
It is very invasive to ask how much a person spends on their rent, their mortgage or their home renovations. The rule of thumb in polite society is, do not ask strangers about their personal finances, unless you are dating them.
Considering a parking spot in the building went for 3M, I suppose 33M for your actual living space shouldn't be all that surprising and yet it is. I was wondering if real estate prices may have dipped due to the panorama, similar to rental spaces, but apparently this answers my question. edit: I prefer the floor colouring etc in the rental apartment but wow 85K per month?!?!? 😱I wonder what kind of person has that kind of money to rent and why they would when they could easily just buy somewhere and have an investment.
$33 for an apartment in NYC with a soaring crime rate and people leaving in droves-No thanks! You better pray there isn’t a fire on a low-level floor if you live this high up. It will be your last chance to admire the views. Any fire fighter will tell you never live higher than about the 15th floor of any high rise. One of the “spectacular” views appears to be other towers. $33 million can buy a lot of property along with a mansion in suburban NY or Connecticut or New Jersey, not far from NYC, where you’re not surrounded by millions of people. Heck, $3 million can buy a home with the same interior.
How is this even available? If I had the McDuck money...would snatch this up on my mobile app while I drank my coffee before I hopped on my private plane to Fiji to celebrate!! Lol 😂😆
Disappointing kitchen i.e. crowded and in comparison to that great room with all the windows...In general, the view is '. nice.', but definitely the apartment is not as amazing as other high-end apartments in NYC. The outside front of the building is also 'nice', but there are so many other much more beautiful older buildings in NYC. Sorry Guys, doesn't receive a OMG from me. Amazing to think that there are people out there that can truly afford spaces like this. Really a mind blowing 🤯 fact.
What’s even more amazing is not only can they afford it, 33 mil is chump change to them.

Spend 33 million and get a tiny closed off kitchen.
Right? For a 3 million dollar parking space, that kitchen should be sprawling!
