i am just concerned about sleep shedule . i will be getting 5hrs of sleep per day in ramadan and as a teenager i should be getting 8 hours of sleep.i have to attend school too

Jeg har et spørsmål min bror, vi fikk tilbake engelsk terminprøva idag, og desverre fikk jeg 4+, noe som er veldig skuffende med tanke på hvor hardt jeg jobbet, og jeg pleier egentlig aldri å få mindre enn 5, men uansett denne gangen var jeg uheldig og det skjedde, heldigvis sa læreren at jeg fortsatt har mulighet til å få 6 i standpunkt HVIS jeg virkelig imponerer henne på en muntlig presentasjon jeg skal ha om 2 uker, hun sa at den må være så bra at hun vil gi 6+, hvis jeg vil ha 6 i standpunkt. Vi er den siste klassen til denne læreren, så hun r gammel og skal pensjoneres neste år. Har du noen tips? Denne karakteren er kjemp viktig, fordi jeg også vil studere medisin som deg i fremtiden in sha Allah. Mvh
