Dear Jessica, Once again, I must apologize for the delay in my comment. For the past fortnight, I have been suffering from exponentially more than depression, more akin to a funereal grief. Even though she enacted the epilogue of her ephemeral existence seven years into the alcove of antiquity, and the reservoirs of reveries, I still am aggrieved about the loss of my beloved maternal Grandmother. Plus, this will be my family’s primary Christmas without my equally precious Aunt, who passed away from pulmonary fibrosis at the tragically young age of sixty-nine, and who especially enjoyed this season. I also am afflicted with more severe PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) than I experienced in my teens and twenties. I particularly liked this video; I affiliate it with a “tetrafecta” of tunes: the first is a little embarrassing because of its obviousness: “Splish! Splash! (I Was Taking A Bath),” composed by Bobby Darin and Murray Kaufman, performed by the former; “Something There” (from the 1991 Disney adaptation of Beauty And The Beast), Alan Menken (melody); Howard Ashman (lyrics); “My Forbidden Lover,” by Bernard Edwards and Nile Rodgers, and vocalized by Chic; and “Soulmate,” scribed by Natasha Bedingfield; Mats Hauge; and David Tench, and sung by Natasha Bedingfield. I admire Severus’s kindness in his gentlemanly assistance of Miss Clearwater in this delicate situation (the new professor of herbology literally plunges into her appellation 😉!), and I realize that he only reprimands her because of his concern. My favorite moment transpires when he compliments her on her hair, “twigs and all!” Thank you again for sharing this delightful series, and, as I might already have wished you, may your Yuletide season abound with love; joy; peace; and hope!
