Also... Most schools now use your final two years cgpa.. Last 60 hours... My overall cgpa 2.96...last 60 hours is 3.48.. I applied to a school that has a requirement of 3.0 to a 4.5 gpa scale.. I did Agriculture... What are my chances..

Most schools have a standby list so once there are slots that are not filled for obvious reasons, they sometimes reach out to candidates on the standby list.
How am gonna know that they accept me the university ?? Only in email??or I have to enter into the university site ?

They mostly send you an email. Also, you can check k your application portal. Sometimes they update the status of your application there

That is completely up to the admissions committee and the available resources to manage the students.
