I have a 05 Titan VK swapped into a 2006 Pathfinder OffRoad that Brennan did the wiring for. After finishing the swap I found out the heads were warped. (Won’t buy an engine from that guy again) Instead of rebuilding I changed to a 2010 Titan VK. I’ll use this video and do the wiring myself this time. Can’t reuse the existing modified harness since the new engine is VVT and Flex Fuel. I feel confident I can do it after this video. You rock Ryan.

Hi Ry, in the video you mentioned "The jumper harness method will only work for the 2012 or older Xterras/Frontiers. Beyond that the body harness needs to be modified." Modified in what way? What about 2012 or older Xterra and 2013 and newer Titan? Adding to that, how would it work for a 2013 and newer Xterra and a 2013 and newer Titan? Thanks.

Hi, I was wondering if a 07 Titan alternator hooked up to a 05 Xterra Offroad. I didn't realize the Xterra had 3 pin wire and the Titan had a two pin on the alternator can I do this swap?

Well congrats! Those are rare as hell. Not annoying at all. You're good. The fan shroud and the ac line that runs from the compressor to the hard line in the back of the engine bay. Those are really the two main things. You can also see how they handled the secondary cooling fan.
@@jakewatson6854 yes it turns on in two scenarios, when the temp gets too high, or if you turn on max AC. I have not done anything yet. I don't even have a shroud. I'm just looking around.

I have not experienced that but i would check the fuse first. I think they have their own in the Xterra
Im making a swap 2006 armada to 2006 xterra will it be the same thing? Is it possible to give me the wiring document?
19:09 the wire pins come out of the connectors. You could have just swapped them instead of making a jumper harness. Both are good options
