Joe Lynn Turner is, has always been & always will be one of the best vocalists in music. One of the coolest guys no ego bullshit ever. I did a melodic rock show on the same bill about 15 years ago in (I think) South Bend, Indiana. Very nice cat.
Really cool!! Joe Lynn Turner isn't Coverdale, but he's also one of the greatest Hard Rock singer..Really stranglehold (hope the word is right) voice.. maybe hoarse is the right word..i think you understand what i wanna say.. Patrick
Wow. I didn't think this was gonna be that good. Joe Lynn Turner poured his heart n soul into that. He nailed those vocals. He was also capturing Coverdale's tone. I was amazed how he nailed that as strong as he did. This song seemed to be right up his alley.
@patriotpizzaman Thanks for the suggestion. Any hints what to search for? I only found Diary of a Madman from the Randy Rhoads tribute album. I agree with you about JLT being able to replace almost any singer. I was impressed by his versatility in the songs Nothing Else Matters and Back in Black. I didn't think anyone could sound so like James Hetfield or Brian Johnson, since their styles are so unique.
Hello there Joe Lynn Turner Tom darling from the Loews movie theater on Route 4 in Paramus New Jersey Chris Harrer friend I work there I love this album I'll be your fool for your loving no more I wish we could hook up again so I hope you liked my comment please reply back I really would appreciate it
@jemogan Well, the "Live in Leningrand" with Yngwie Malmsteen is one of his better works. He shows what he can do, live, and i think he's the best singer that Malmsteen has had. (Although that i don't like too much Malmsteen, he was one of my fav in the past..) Patrick
Mick Moody and Bernie Marsden had some great blues rock playing and riffs that gave WS its original sound. I love Steve but ur comparing apples to oranges.
No mate Whitesnake with BERNIE MARDEN on lead & MICKY MOODY were a match for Deep Purple.. Coverdale ejected that awesome band for the also rans of American rock He sold his soul And blues karma was a bitch His songwriting never recovered for one thing... The vainer Coverdale became the worse his bands became... Nobody better than Ian Paice Jon Lord Neil Murray Bernie Marsden Micky Moody David Coverdale's best band by a country mile The (1980) Come & Get It band
He did alright with this cover, though I still prefer Coverdale's original version from Ready an Willin'. I believe Joe Lynn Turner represents the decline of the American rock in his way of singing ... and the decline of the human civilization in his way of talking for this matter. Ok ... now I've said that ... I'm ready to be shot with hate ... go :P
Que patetica forma de seguir vigente a medias, haciendo covers de media familia purpura, no entiende que solo fue parte de rainbow y del peor disco de purple y que eso no le da derecho a andar con pantomimas como esta
Joe Lynn Turner is the world best hard rock Lead Vocalist in Europe & the world.
Saw JLT IN DENVER IN LATE 70S WHEN HE SANG FOR RAINBOW WAS 1 OF THE BEST SHOWS EVER ALONG WITH 707 AND SCORPIONS 🦂 ON THE LOVE AT 1ST STING TOUR
Joe Lynn Turner is, has always been & always will be one of the best vocalists in music. One of the coolest guys no ego bullshit ever. I did a melodic rock show on the same bill about 15 years ago in (I think) South Bend, Indiana. Very nice cat.
Wow...his vocals just sail smoothly
Big fan of JLT but nobody sings this better than Coverdale especially in his prime! 👍
(Jorn Lande, but don´t tell anyone, check his cover of this song)
@@miguelbarahona6636 A shame that Lande is into metal. He should sing more old fashioned hard rock
Like jlt better than coverdale
He is a beast. 👏
Wow why have I not listed to his solo stuff before?!? That was the best vocal version of that song I have ever heard.
Nijesam znao za ovo. Hvala!
One of the best versions Iv ever heard .....
Joe Lynn Turner probably kept me sane when I was a teenager and young adult. 😎🤘🏻
Really cool!! Joe Lynn Turner isn't Coverdale, but he's also one of the greatest Hard Rock singer..Really stranglehold (hope the word is right) voice.. maybe hoarse is the right word..i think you understand what i wanna say..
Patrick
I love JLT! One of the best lead singers in the world! Very strong and pleasant voice! Great cover! Thanks!
He sounds great singing a whitesnake song Joe Lynn Turner is the greatest voice in heavy metal rock
He isn't because he's not heavy metal and never was. This isn't heavy metal, if you think it is you're a dick.
wow.. I love David Coverdale he is my fav singer.. but this guy is awesome.
Listen to Stone Cold by Joe Lynn Turner and Vivian Campbell.
Wow. I didn't think this was gonna be that good. Joe Lynn Turner poured his heart n soul into that. He nailed those vocals. He was also capturing Coverdale's tone. I was amazed how he nailed that as strong as he did. This song seemed to be right up his alley.
Gr8 gr8 gr8 version...Never heard this one b4...Thanx very much Nrop :-)
Great tribute!!!Congrats Joe!!!Thanx for sharing!!
Al Pitrelli, I could be wrong, however that's what I've been led to believe
excelente!!!

I guess jlt could replace any singer.. Great version!
beautiful version
Been a fan since rainbow all ways thought he never got the respect he deserved
JLT could replace the original singer for almost any legendary classic rock band. Check him out covering Ozzy. He could replace Ozzy in Ozzy's band!
Yeah. Because HE IS a legendary singer. Long live JLT!!!
yep. check out his cover of Metallica's 'Nothing Else Matters'.
back in black cover ;)
Which Ozzy's Song did he cover ?
AC/DC Song ?
Much better than DC could ever hope to accomplish. Very nice.
Er.... no
I can hear Neil Murray cringing too..
Where's da bass gone ?... 👀
Muy bueno ,excelente🇦🇷
Pretty neat.hes got his own unique style.
Great Version. As good as the Original if not better. JLT: Monster Singer!
One of a kind.
amazing cover
JLT is No 1!!!🍷 🍷 😎
DAVID coverdale et joe lynn turner ont été tous les 2 chanteurs de Deep Purple
ils peuvent chanter le même répertoire !
For some more awesome classic rock style, try Brazen Abbott with JLT.
Amazing what a studio can do to a voice.
Guess could be considered a purple style since coverdale, lord & paice played on early snake albums!🤔
Jman👀
it sounds like the original version not the 87 version Whitesnake re recorded it in 87
Thanks!
JLT's version of Fortunate Son ROCKS!!!!!
...what about guitar solo. Who play guitar on this project?
AKIRA YAJIKAMA PLAYS GUITAR LEAD and TONY BRUNO.

Hey Tom....believe it or not I just saw this...hope you are well my friend..tx for the post...Best...
This isn't too bad. Its better than Whitesnake's MTV version but not as good as the classic version on Ready an' willing.
Wheelz This is a very good cover, but to me, both 1980 and 1989 versions are better.
A versão original com o David Coverdale é melhor porém Joe Lynn é foda
The original version with David Coverdale is better but Joe Lynn is awesome.
hhmmmmmmm!
круто)
JLT is a much better singer than Coverdale
@PatrickDiAngelo Right on - truly one of the underrated rock singers of all. I actually liked him better in DP than Gillian.
Joe Lynn does a great job on this, but I must say Jorn Lande is better (even better than Coverdale), more heavy, absolutely fantastic.
Maybe, but Lande uses too much echo and post produce his voice too much in studio. He sound awesome live anyway, at least in Avantasia.
Lande is the most overrated singer ever, at least for me I just cant take his tone
Joe Lynn is good, but why do people do covers and not make them better in some way? Original with Galley and crew can't be matched.
@jemogan Well, the "Live in Leningrand" with Yngwie Malmsteen is one of his better works. He shows what he can do, live, and i think he's the best singer that Malmsteen has had. (Although that i don't like too much Malmsteen, he was one of my fav in the past..)
Patrick
Mark Boals is definitely the best Yngwie singer ever.
Jlt is
Nice try but nobody can beat Whitesnake with Steve Vai on guitar
Steve Vai was far too good for Whitesnake. I dont know what he was thinking by joining.
Mick Moody and Bernie Marsden had some great blues rock playing and riffs that gave WS its original sound. I love Steve but ur comparing apples to oranges.
No mate
