Oh man, I couldn't figure out why my tool bars kept changing... thank you! I was able to use green screen footage and add backgrounds and clips and voiceover immediately after getting this organized. My new Mackbook pro M3pro is running this app like a champion. Great upgrade for me, especially with Premiere Pro.
An advise: Could you teach without the shortcuts, we want to learn where all the settings are before doing shortcuts, or maybe give the 2 options, that is the best way to learn, if you only give shortcuts we won't know where things are.

I have no button to add to sequence and if I right click, there's no new item listed to click on. Can't even create a sequence. I keep watching tutorials but my premier pro just doent have the stuff I need to follow along
Running into issues not covered in the video. On PC- the File Bar uses the default light grey color which apparently can't be changed? That seems pretty awful. Following along with this video, when importing media the first clip when in with zero problems (just using the built-in media AP already has). When I tried to add the second clip, it would only allow me to import to the audio line, but would not allow me to add additional video. I literally was just copying this tutorial step by step.
Why did you jump from the first video and the "i"/"o" shortcuts to other buttons? I really can't follow. I assume that the people that find it easy had an idea on how to use it. I lost it after 8:15.
DaVinci Resolve is Free (or very Cheap), and is in general better organised than Premiere. There are plenty tutorials on YuoTube too, and you can make your own macros (effects), after the tutorials.

I'm halfway through the video and for the most part, I thought the small reflection from your micstand is somesort of small insect on my screen lol and I was constantly trying to identify what kind of insect it is. I touched it and yeah it's a f∆cking reflection 😂
Holy shit i hate these tutorials, because they NEVER are for actuall beginners. Right off the bat within the first few minutes he says "organize everything into folders." OK so HOW TF DO I DO THAT? Theres no explanation of what he clicks on to create a new folder. Its so annoying

Select the Captions and Graphics workspace. Then under the Text tab in the top left menu, there is a Captions tab. There you can generate captions.
