It pushes all the way to the end of your cervix. It does hurt. And that's the smallest one I've never seen they are normally way bigger. And it can cause complications, not matter what you read about it. And it uses Soundwave, which isn't that safe.

Is t same as pelvic ultrasound.. Does t show the gender of the baby

No, a transvaginal ultrasound does not tell you the gender. You have to wait until the baby is bigger to get that type of ultrasound.
