In case anyone is wondering why parabolic antenna was chosen for between the 2 buildings instead of omnidirectional. It's because the prompt says building 2 is down the street. So a omnidirectional antenna with the power they listed wouldn't have enough reach. The parabolic antenna is used for beaming signal between 2 parabolics and had more power
Literally took my Net+ today and Passed it, Second attempt at this exam, and i got to admit the second exam was harder, didn't pass by alot or anything, ironically i hit the 720 exact lol
Thank you so much for posting this video and similar videos. Im currently studying for the CompTIA Network+ and this is helping me understand the PBQs.
This question was there today in my paper exactly as it is and I got right . But I failed because time ended before I finish ,I remained with 14 questions damn I almost cried
Thank you so much for these videos. There is this performance based question where you have to complete a network diagram. You have to drag and drop switches, routers and servers. Can you please take us trough that one? I found this question on Exampremium, performance based simulation 12
I think since the question says "so that it minimizes broadcast beyond the building", it's placing an emphasis on having as little signal outside the building as possible
Hello can u assist with pbq, according to guide one is expected to config dhcp. DNS, router network. Snpmp. Is this on packettracer and is expect of u to know the commands.tx
I think you have the parabolic antenna (left and right) facing the wrong way, away from each other. The example I have always shows the direction from where the signal comes out. So it that case the directions should be swapped around. Can you confirm this please? Thanks
Hi, thx for your comment, the way that both parabolic antennas are facing is right , they have to face each other for Building one to feed the signal to Building 2, there's no way for 2 antennas to be backwards and having a communication, I had that PBQ for my network certification in 2018 and I can confirm that's what I did when on my N10-007 and I did not miss that PBQ,

A pass is a pass!!! Congrats to you!!!
You passed thats all that matters. Your score dont define you. Your job will. Great job sir.

Glad it was helpful!
just passed network plus test and was def in this exam
Congratulations, and thx for the support
Great lab, I was stuck on this! Excellent job.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Glad I stumbled upon this channel. It's always great to see someone who looks like me in this field!
INDEED IT IS!
😂😂😂 u cooked

Thanks bro u saved me today
Anytime bro 😎
Bro this is definitely appreciated
I appreciate that
i just got this question on my network+ (n10-007) exam
excellent ..keep it up..
Thank you so much for these videos.

I've been looking for an explanation on that one thank you!
I will check if I have it
did you find any
Thankyou i seen a practice question like this and this video helped alot
Glad it helped!
this was one was on the test for me...really threw me off on my first attempt
This was in the 007 will it be on the 008?
Why ccmp over tkip for security
TKIP is an older encryption method, and has been deprecated. CCMP is basically newer, and more secure.
WPA (TKIP)
WPA2 (CCMP with AES)
WPA3 (CCMP with AES)
CCMP is more secure than TKIP as it has a larger key size and larger blocks for encryption.
Why not Omni antenna for left and right ap? The diagram shows the aps are center of the rooms. Directional will leave dead spots behind ap.
On questions like these it looks like they want you to concentrate it to the areas most populated with users, which is usually the center office.

This was exactly on my exam and I didn't complete it.😡
Thanks so much sir🙏
All the best

It was not explained why you choose WPA2 with CCMP for the external APs?
Because in point 1 it says to maximize security. CCMA provided higher security than TKIP
Is this gonna be on the n10-008 as well?
Yes, it will help you prep for the N10-008 exam
