I got 2 wrong.

Well immediately I knew this was wrong. The Fuser doesn't go in the bottom Trays, that's where Rollers are. Secondly the question says "Oversized documents", which means Tray 3 - Legal... Large documents. Thirdly, Fusers are what "Fuse" the toner to the paper, so if it is smudging it is to do with a faulty Fuser. I note you also got the previous question wrong by not reading the question properly, you would use the same crimper as the RJ11 for the RJ45. This is actually a very good series as all the errors you make are making me realise I know more than I thought.

While studying for comptia i have learned that Managerial Controls are policies and procedures and Operational Controls are People implementing those policies and procedures. When i saw "exected by people" in question 4 i was sure it's Operational Control. Now am confused 😕 again...

fourth questions answer is operational controls or managerial contorls please explain it ?

In case anyone is wondering why parabolic antenna was chosen for between the 2 buildings instead of omnidirectional. It's because the prompt says building 2 is down the street. So a omnidirectional antenna with the power they listed wouldn't have enough reach. The parabolic antenna is used for beaming signal between 2 parabolics and had more power
