Hey! What do you think about portrayal of laurie's character? For he is given more of a feminine qualities fond of music, staying at house in the novel. Do you think he's been portrayed the same way in the movie as well or what?
I think Laurie's portrayal is slightly different in that he isn't show loving music and him staying in the house is not necessarily highlighted, however overall I think it's pretty on par. This version of movie Laurie does a good job showing the soft side of Laurie in other ways, he is affectionate with all the sisters, he's soft spoken he is, and the overall gentle lovability Timothee gives to Laurie makes him the Laurie I fell in love with in the books!
I've read the book first and I think jo and laurie would be nice. I am not against Amy and laurie. And it would be better if Jo wouldn't marry as louisa thought
