  • Everybody has a dream. Suppose you are in seventh grade and one of your long term goals is to get into Harvard University. You go to school, do all your homework, and read books. You even get good grades and think that you put as much as effort you can towards your goal. But the reality is that this effort that you are doing is not even 1/1000 of your total amount of effort. Listen to YouChin's talk and she will tell you the secret method of achieving your dream.
YouChin Oh was born in Mexico but identifies herself as Korean. One talent she has is that she can perceive and change something obvious or small into something important and huge.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at ted.com/tedx
