18:40 you need to have some sort of pysical make up as well , of course with right understanding, otherwise lay girl would look like an absolute disaster (unhygienic , unpresentable , un-liked smelly etc). Having said that it should be the balance. Look at the story of Vishaka, she partied so hard in the night, wore most expensive jewelries and had acess to most affluent societies and clubs. She maintained that extra luxurious lifestyle while being the best උපාසිකා. Im worried this narrative would grabed from the wrong point by some of the listeners. Hope not! He meant balanced approch! මද්‍ය්ම ප්‍රතිපදා in every aspect of both lay and spiritual world.
Dhamma is not an instrument to feel depressed or sad by listening to it as it constantly highlights "impermanance" of the worldy things but keeping an open-mind and concious mind of things you do.
