INCREDIBLE PASTRY WITH COGNAC!!! Shaped rolls

Cognac in butter dough is such a cool component to make the pastry fluffy and fragrant! This time I wanted to make curly rolls. The recipe for rolls is simple. The filling will be very tasty: rose jam + walnut
✏️Butter shaped rolls with cognac, like paska, recipe:
1,150 kg. sifted flour of the highest grade + 100g. for sawing the table
100 g. butter + 200g. margarine
50 g. fresh yeast
0.5 l warm milk
4 eggs
270 g of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1-2 tablespoons of brandy/vodka
2 tablespoons of oil
Filling:
700 g. rose jam
300 g of walnuts
Bake for 40 minutes. at 180°C
