Hi Kimmy,
Great savings you little shoplifter 😂
Eggs here in Minnesota at Aldi $499 a dozen.
I love having boxed stuffing on hand. I make chicken pot pie filling, make a box of stuffing let sit ,after the filling it’s bubbling in the oven I put the stuffing in mounds on top, back in the oven to crisp up. YUM! ❤
I love your longterm pantry. It is so large and efficient.
At my Meijer grocery store yesterday I got two dozen eggs at $3.99 a dozen. And here in Michigan they passed a law that only free range eggs can be sold. I do wonder what they did with all of the other eggs!!?😊
Hawkeye, Iowa we get farm eggs $2 at our local cafe...
I love your videos! I’m am trying to really stay away from processed food. I have a big family, I would love to see ways to prep using whole food ingredients.
In my area, I got 2 (18count) eggs for over $14! It is insane!!! I need to check Sam’s for eggs!
Right before Christmas my mom accidentally didn't pay for her flowers at hobby lobby I marched her but back there 2 days later to pay for them.... The manager thought we were crazy! I refuse to get banned from shopping at my favorite store lol
The Kirkland guacamole is so good!!! Have you tried it? I keep ours in the freezer and a few cups out a few days before serving it & it is perfect!!!👌 might have to try just avocado packages tho.
Good job! ❤
Here in Northern Minnesota, we have a small Walmart and this is our best priced store in town. The 60 count eggs is $21.97. I buy the twin pack, 36 count eggs, comes out to be the same price of 37 cents/egg
Smith's sales are amazing. I save so much money by shopping there!
Editing to add: I've been buying eggs at Trader Joes when I shop there. Last time I bought them they were still $2.99/dozen.
I have to tell you our Sam’s Club was out of the 60 count eggs for a while so I caved in and bought it from Smith’s to my surprise. The Smith’s eggs were twice as big per egg than Sam’s so I’ve just been getting it from Smith’s even though it’s more expensive, it’s worth it!
Be sure to check the BB date on cheese. The date can be MONTHS out from the purchase date. For instance, two days ago (1/7/2025) I purchased a block of Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese from Costco. The BB date is October 29, 2025. I have a place set aside in my fridge for stashing extra blocks of cheese, which brings me a measure of food security comfort.
we're dealing with the bird flu here in California, so a dozen eggs are priced at $10 or more, depending on what market. Costco is running 24 packs of eggs for $6.99
Southern comfort and Braum’s egg nogs are the ONLY ACCEPTABLE EGG NOGS. EVER. All about that egg nog!!! 🙏
Do you have a list of the items we need to stock up on each month?
I completely agree the Costco chocolate covered almonds are better
Mind blown!!!! Awesome job on the savings. Today I bought an 18 eggs for $9.99. Yikes.❤❤❤
I did my monthly shopping trip to Costco yesterday. I noticed that all my go-to items have all gone up in price by a dollar and they had zero eggs not even a price sign on the wall. I was wanting to supplement eggs as our chickens are slowing down in their laying this time of year.
Great video. The box of eggs here in Texas are $21.97
2months ago we were paying $16 dollars.
Wowza!
At winco, I had Deli chicken, but it didn't ring up. So, on my next visit, I went through the cashier, I told her to ring up the deli chicken twice to pay for the last visit.
Eggs are up but I but I wonder if it because of all the holiday baking, but still the eggs I love to purchase went up 40 cents a dozen in a week. I also noticed that the eggs shelves were slim Pickens
Hi Kimmy! Great video and great savings. Hope all is going well😊. 🛒🥫🍞🥓🍪🧀🍊🍦🥬
Thank you! 🤗 we signed in a home today and were just packing away 🤪
@ happy to hear u found a place 😁👏🏻
18 count eggs are 6.56 in my area
Great video 😊
Thanks for watching
Costco's 5 dozen eggs today was $16.39. I'm in Minnesota in the Twin Cities. (The 2 dozen eggs was a whopping $7.39/.49?)
At Aldi when I bought a few days ago I saw a dozen eggs for $4.39.
Kimmie…did you make your grocery price list book or buy it..if so can you tell
Me where and if not will you do a video on yours? Thanks for always trying to help us save money on food! 💕💞
Ok, in central Calif and 18 pak of eggs is $8.09 each at winco! UGH! Think the big box stores are cheaper where you live. Blessings!
At my Sam's Club, 7 1/2 dozen eggs are going for $26.62 and at my local WalMart, 5 dozen eggs are $21.97.
Meijer eggs in michigan is 3.99 a dozen. I dident buy any unless I absolutely need them.

Northern California
Holy cow!!! 🤦♀️😳
In the near future I need to go through and find out the base price of what I buy.
Yes!!!!
$36 for 5 dozen at my Walmart in California and $17 for 5 dozen at Costco
Our Walmart for the box of eggs was $25.00
I have been getting my eggs from a local farm. I pay $4 per dozen
Is the Raman lower sodium? Do you recommend that brand? I’m trying to find a substitute for the .20 cent packages.
Yes because it doesn’t have the seasoning packets.
@ thank you 🩷
We buy it all the time. Only ingredients are organic brown rice flour and organic millet flour. We get it because it is gluten free and egg free. We cooked the ramen in water drain and rinse in a colander and then heat up broth in the pan add some seasonings of our own and toss ramen back in. My 12 year old makes it herself all the time for her and her sister. We use regular broth but you could buy a low sodium one. The actual ramen has no sodium on its own.
Costco bars of soap are bigger then the ones they sell at dollar general. Just wanted to mention because I thought they were the same and they weren't.
I will say it does cook a little differently than the packets but we enjoyed it. I also have cooked it and used in a stir fry or made it as spaghetti when I was gluten free before with meat sauce.
I live in North Carolina and earlier today I paid just under $9.00 for 18 eggs at Sam’s Club. It’s highway robbery.
I just paid 10.52 for one dozen eggs at Walmart for 1 dozen!! Yes!! Just 1 dozen. 😢
Our eggs in mass at Walmart are 26 and change for 5 dozen.I can't. I know every comment is about eggs. Sorry. Love your videos.
At my walmart my husband just payed 21.97 for 5 doz.
I can’t even get 5 dozen eggs anymore. My Sam’s is only selling up to two dozen packs.
Eggs are 18.99 at my Costco
Eggs in CO have been over $6 a dozen! Yuck! Effective Jan 1 we can only buy cage free eggs, so they are pricey
With all due respect, most people do not have the space for a grocery store type room to store all these groceries. If you live in many states that don’t have basements in their houses, there is no place to store food. Not everyone can do this and what do you do with perishable groceries without have multiple refrigeration appliances. I don’t understand the point of this so this is not for everyone.
I think the point is see what is on sale and stock up on the sale prices. You can always do it on a smaller scale or with pantry items. Or simple shop sale prices for regular groceries if you don't have any room. Some people get creative with storage under a bread or in a closet somewhere else in the house. If you buy stuff when it is ten sale prices and get some extra it can help save you money if you are saving a dollar or two on a sale it adds up over time. We all have different situations but I definitely think there are ways to save or shop thinking do different ways to save and watching sale cycles and knowing prices for items you buy regularly so you know if it is a good deal.
She didnt start off this way. She worked her way up over the years. That has no weight on the tips she shares.
