I graduated from nit in 2017... students got -4 marks to 30 marks out of 360...and they got admission due to reservation...they got scholarships, never paid fees, got everything including pen for free...i had to take loan even after getting 194 marks. it really sucks...just imagine the level of engineers they would be today.
Despite getting reservations in NEET UG , people are again getting reservations in NEET PG . Are they still underprivileged and poor after becoming a MBBS doctor?

There are some castes in reserved category which are cornering the benefits of reservation.similarly the benefits of sc/st reservation is being restricted to rich sc/ st and is not being percolated to lower strata of society.there are some dominant caste which are included in reserved category like jats in up ,yadav(rao sahab) in haryana and many more.they are not poor neither they were oppressed but still they are getting reservation. concept of caste based reservation is not wrong and is very much needed for some caste to climb the social ladder.but the way in which it is implemented is very wrong and is creating a sense of resentment among the meritorious middle class(not so rich and not so poor) general category student. Historical injustice should be corrected but over correction(like 75% reservation as promised by congress/rjd/samajwadi party etc.) will lead to reverse discrimination and will kill meritocracy(one of the most abused term). There is need for sensible debate and sensible reform in reservation policy.
Reservation is not 50 percent is much more than that. A person from reservation is meritorious will get general seat and less competent will get a reserved seat. What about general people.

Rajesh ji , I think you know only the history of India through the perspective of ncert .Indian history is highly distorted. There are other perspective of history of India ,i think you should know those things to get better clarity about our past."jamindari era " which comes after the advent of British made exploitation things.i am not saying everything was alright before that.Every society has evils (society needs to counter them).But the extent to which discrimination was there or not ,and role of British must be questioned. Main problem is when "someone feels superior to others and vice versa because of various reasons (main reason is "ego"). That's the problem. I have seen some coaching students, by the name from his bag it was for UPSC, 2-3 boys on the road even they are not by looks or by their activities deserving MTS position but still I don't know why they are going to the coaching they are just wasting their time and parents money... Your statement is contradictory, first you said fight in general with no reservations then you saying if reserved students cross general cuttoff then do not come in general seats😂 and also even if sc st students cross general cutoff then only his rank changes in sc st category but still get job or admission on sc category not general. So almost all 50 percent seat reserved to general category. That's why I observed that in general category families all brothers sisters get govt jobs, because their population is just 15 percent in India but seats are 50 percent available to them.
Matter of the fact is: Medicine in India doesn't require merit, entrance exams are held because seats are less than the people aspiring to become doctors...

I used to be against reservation. But, as and when I grew up, I realised that you can clearly see in society that Lower castes have lower access to resources, parents are uneducated, parents are poor. Upper castes parents are comparatively educated, rich. Yes, there are exceptions. But rules aren't made for exceptions. Yes, Laws can be improved/optimised to exclude some lower caste people from reservation who don't fit in above category. But, still that number will be quite lower.
My solution to this problem is It should be made Mandatory to all doctors to display A Certificate that Shows all the Information about his Caste, exam marks and the College / University Name ( Open / Caste / Management quota) Mentioned on his proscription paper, Display boards and websites…. All Doctors try to hide this information from their patients..
Poore reservation process ko aapne NEET exam tak limit kar diya. What about reservations in govt jobs of all categories. I believe underprivileged/obc/st/sc etc should be given free & quality online/offline courses to prepare for all sorts of competitive exams, instead of giving them seats at low scores. This will give them a fare opportunity to compete. Moreover how will you justify reservations in govt jobs promotions. Was not expecting this type of content from you Amit ji.

मेडिकल लाइन की पढ़ाई बहुत लंबी और tough होती है। खाली एडमिशन लेने से कुछ नहीं होता वहां जाकर पेपर पास करने पड़ते हैं , उसमें तो सबको पढ़ना ही पड़ता है। फिर आगे जाकर पीजी में एडमिशन लेना तो और भी tough है, वहां तो और भी कंपटीशन है।

Your statement is contradictory, first you said fight in general with no reservations then you saying if reserved students cross general cuttoff then do not come in general seats😂
and also even if sc st students cross general cutoff then only his rank changes in sc st category but still get job or admission on sc category not general. So almost all 50 percent seat reserved to general category. That's why I observed that in general category families all brothers sisters get govt jobs, because their population is just 15 percent in India but seats are 50 percent available to them.

I used to be against reservation. But, as and when I grew up, I realised that you can clearly see in society that Lower castes have lower access to resources, parents are uneducated, parents are poor. Upper castes parents are comparatively educated, rich. Yes, there are exceptions. But rules aren't made for exceptions. Yes, Laws can be improved/optimised to exclude some lower caste people from reservation who don't fit in above category. But, still that number will be quite lower.

My solution to this problem is It should be made Mandatory to all doctors to display A Certificate that Shows all the Information about his Caste, exam marks and the College / University Name ( Open / Caste / Management quota) Mentioned on his proscription paper, Display boards and websites…. All Doctors try to hide this information from their patients..

Poore reservation process ko aapne NEET exam tak limit kar diya. What about reservations in govt jobs of all categories. I believe underprivileged/obc/st/sc etc should be given free & quality online/offline courses to prepare for all sorts of competitive exams, instead of giving them seats at low scores. This will give them a fare opportunity to compete. Moreover how will you justify reservations in govt jobs promotions. Was not expecting this type of content from you Amit ji.
