Obviously the ultral lenticular retrofit in the part of the threaded axis has different grooves that exactly recall the joints according to the washers used, to do this and however it is necessary to remove the central shutter which is no longer needed. when doing this, the depth of the dish must be taken into account, i.e. the distance between the base where the fixing hole is and the tempered glass cover in order to prevent the lens from touching it when eventually adjusting the setting of the projector. In this case it is always worthwhile, given the brightness of the LED, to adjust it a bit lower than the standard regulation required by law. the final result is guaranteed. At night only with the low beams you will have a brightness and a depth of the light beam uniform and wide with an asymmetrical light cut that starting from the left to the center is lower while then you have a cut that rises upwards towards the right and continues in linear mode the same thing happens for the right headlight, the result is that in the case of an h4 headlamp the driving beam is also adjusted automatically, I transformed the h7 / h1 halogen headlamps of my ford into three-inch bi-lenticular LED retrofit, the result was that before the night I could see nothing now only with the low beams I see daytime.

It is left to rest for a few days so that the chrome plating dries. Only in this way can the result equal to the original.
Bought a tin of Rust-Oleum chrome paint, it isn't chrome. They didn't use it to spray the can cap indicator that is bright chrome. Comes out satin chrome.
Seem like they typically put aluminium vapor onto it somehow. I have wondered if one could do a poor attempt of gluing aluminium foil into there. 3M had a tape with silicon adhesive but it was very expensive. I haven't found any glue available in a local store which I feel confident could handle the heat. Don't know how well exhaust gum would work. Even if you got an aluminium coating there somehow I suppose you may have to polish it if you want it to reflect more evenly. Silver seem even more reflective for visible light or however it was. I can't get my projector out without removing the front or cutting it open. The headlight sit in some plastic frame below which may have three weird screws or rivets. May have to come of before one remove the transparent plastic in front. But even if I did so I feel the only think I could do is to glue some aluminium foil there so I don't know if it's worth even trying vs buying a new headlight :/
Unfortunately this really isn't a great idea because using this reflector spray paint is not heat resistant and it will all ultimately burn and flake off within the first few months game over!

It's true......may be for the cosmetic beautiful look only especially if you're selling the car in order to make it looks good. The paint itself does not withstand heat from the bulb. After a few night out it will burn the entire reflector and turns black. I've experience it myself!!!

I just used my oven to separate 2 sets of headlights over the weekend. And I’ll be using the oven to put them back together. The HID projectors I used have electronic solenoids in them, so I’d rather not get them wet.

Unfortunately this really isn't a great idea because using this reflector

Fill headlights with hot (not boiling)water instead of dry heat
Terrible idea. Best is to heat in oven at 240F or -110C for about 15 minutes.

i tested bosny chrome and last only a week the paint was destroyed by heat.
Just put finger grease all over the parts to be sprayed .....
You should use chrome paint instead of silver but still this also gives new look
