Kaleb! Happy new year. 🎆 I’m late. Better late than never. Ok. Watching now. Ok 1st home. Seeing lots of birdcages in that aerial view. Nice front elevation. Small kitchen. Thank God it has the cut out. At least can talk through. Living room ok. Primary is spacious. Think more dated more so than bulky. Shower big. En-suite needs updating. That’s all. Thought the closet useless until you explained the extra locked door within. The bedrooms ok. I’m with you. The furniture has gots to go. Upgrade. Pool area lovely. A highway. It’s quiet. That wall is shielding the highway noise well. 2nd home. Front elevation simple but clean. Love the double doors. You said annual taxes of $32.72 a year? You must’ve meant $3272 a year. And monthly HOA $245. Lawn , cable and internet and amenities. I usually don’t pay attention to the numbers but that stuck out. They can ditch this furniture too. Floors need updating. Jack n Jill needs 2 sinks. Bedrooms ok size. Nice open concept living/dining/kitchen. Primary spacious. Ok. His/her closets. En-suite ok. Covered lanai. Not bad. Home just needs at least $75,000 in updates. Ok. 3rd home. Again. Simple and clean front elevation. Oh Kaleb. You’re right. Needs a great deal of updating. Sliding doors from the primary. Nice. The pool is nice. This was a back in the day sort of house. Should’ve been a little less for this house needs a total overhaul. Thanks much and see you next video.
The first house would be a good investment for rental because of its proximity to Disney World. Renters don't need a big kitchen, and I wouldn't feel the need to change too much of the furniture.
The second house might be good for a family's primary or second home rather than just a rental. The kitchen needs either brighter cabinets or brighter appliances.
The third house would need a substantial investment to bring it up to the standard of the other two. It's smaller, and the pool area needs a privacy fence. I doubt that there will be a bidding war on this one!
I think you're right the first one is a nice house, but I'm loving the Davenport Area with the pool houses. You're doing such a great job now I'm thinking about getting into doing Real Estate :)

Great videos Kaleb!!! Hubby & l just returned to Missouri, Misery, from a 8 day visit to Florida. We have a daughter & son-in-law in Sandford. We hadn't thought about relocation until returning to 5° & snow. Actually not Disney fans but inland & security ones🙃
I had a chance to look over your channel an noted you are an agent. Great way to showcase properties & make sales. We are not interested in price wars but would love a ranch style with lani & heated pool as we are arthritic seniors. How do we connect & put contract on a property through you?

I like home #3. You can tell thst the owners we're Caribbean and possibly they died or one went to a nursing home in the other one died. The house is very well maintained and that would be the home that I would buy.

By the 🎥 video each of the house's 👀 look nice and decent; but, it's always best of persons that's interested in to make appointment/s to see the inside and outside of housing close up in person. ↗ Person/s can always do to choose to decorate the house the way she and or he desire.
Greater Seattle area here; 350k would get you a one or two bedroom condo, in the suburbs!
