In today's video, I'm building an Industrial Penthouse using the new items which came in the latest kit, The Sims 4 Industrial Loft Kit!

I debated all day whether I wanted to drop $5 for this kit, especially since my favorite item was the wall decal. Then you pop up with this amazing build. The pallet coffee table is genius! (Also, lilsimsie noticed the energy rating on the bed. She had a Sim sleep and the energy went up pretty quickly, so she concluded they just messed up. That and the false advertising window snafu makes me think they rushed this kit. Typical.)
Oh I haven’t watched anything about the pack yet myself (been to busy building 🤣😅) but that’s good to know it’s not going to effect your sims that much and it’s just a text issue instead of an impact-gameplay-kinda-issue 😅 & I believe there is different teams for everything, and maybe the people that made the render didn’t communicate with the people who designed the window? Don’t know but at least they said they are fixing it soon!
This build is literally so gorgeous u rlly have an eye for interior design and architecture!! It also reminds me of how fun the apartments were in ts3 makes me wish we could place apartments anywhere

omg that backstory gave me the idea that when the husband came to the gallery she saw a beautiful woman (his wife) looking onto paintings and he was just in awe with her beauty so he took the opportunity to photograph the woman but the moment he clicked the button the woman saw her and smiled. and thats how they met ahhhhh

Love the greenhouse roof. Thanks for putting the actual roof under our so it classifies as inside for lighting and gameplay like plants and temp. This is just an amazing build

i personally love all the storylines you make up to go with builds because it gives me idea's for gameplay, but alot of the time also I see a title you give a build and watch the video and I get idea's of my own of what fam or 1 sim and a pet or multiple pets could live there, I think thats whats one of my fave thigns about the sims community, we could all collectively use the same home build in our games but no 2 people would have the exact same sim household living in it because we all have so many creative idea's and I think thats beautiful.
So, I know I'm so late to the party but this is so freaking gorgeous that I'm going nuts for it. It's flawless and I bet the most stunning sims live here. Flawless. Stunning. Amazing.

You use Batuu the same way I do! The decorative items in it can be so useful, but it seems like everyone's too busy ripping into the pack to notice! Thank you for actually seeing the useful elements of that pack. This build is beautiful btw!
I mean don’t get me wrong I didn’t agree with the pack for awhile 😅 but I got it a few weeks ago in the sale and it definitely is better than what I thought it was (in terms of build and buy, I tried gameplay the other day and didn’t have a clue what was going on 🤣) but it’s great for the industrial style! & thank you 🥰🤍

this is the first ever build of yours I’ve seen and I’m just mesmerized this place is so cool i wish i could live there! Just commenting on the bed from the new kit.. Im pretty sure the energy level on it was on purpose as you can upgrade it significantly with a handy sim. On another note.. This build is fantastic!! I have done a few warehouses builds with what we had available years ago and I'm excited to do another one with this new kit. I absolutely love all the items from it. it's been two years and i'm still obsessed
Have you ever thought of doing a build tutorial? Like at 0:10, how did you create the deck from the lower floor? Or at 0:58, the 'tool extension' window. Idk what that is or how you did it - especially around 1:12. How do you move your camera angle around so smoothly, like when you were placing the windows around the 1:12 mark? What keys on the keyboard are you using? How did you create the sunken living room? When using the cheat bb.moveobjects, sometimes the objects still won't go where you want them to. You move the whole object they go on, like the table or counter, out of the way while placing it, does that help with that issue, or do you do that for another reason? I've watched a few speed builds, mostly from the same streamers, but this is my first time coming across one of yours, and your technique is so different! I'm only a couple minutes in, and I'm already filled with so many questions 😅. Building in sims can be so frustrating, so when I see these videos, it just baffles me. The amount of time and effort you must have put into learning all the different hacks to be able to create stuff like this is just amazing!

So bloody amazing, you did such a great job, I am so into industrial aesthetics and I am obsessed with the light in this build AND with the story. I create stories in my head, too, I didn't so much when I started playing, or it was more like everyone was kinda a version of me, but now I am having a lot of fun playing Sims that are nothing like me and have their quirks and tempers and challenges. I absolutely get it with the self-inspiring and I think you need to do this in order to make an actually epic, realistic build, because if you are not imagining the life of the people in there, it isn't gonna be much. One day I aspire to be this good, there is so much I don't know how you're doing :D I just started experimenting with platforms and it's driving me mad, so we will se where we get. Also will probably have to learn how to do things with tool mod, but that's gonna require a ton more of free time :P Thanks for inspiration anyway!

How do you make that red square appear to make items come up to the level of different surfaces?
