My problem (and this is entirely my fault, admittedly) with using milk with my cereal is that I take a while to finish a meal, so by the time I'm approaching the end, my cereal is a soggy unappealing mess.

NL saying that the flakes in Honey Bunches of Oats taste like nothing is the same as the people that say that Watermelon tastes like nothing. We as a society are bloated on sugary cereals that we can't just appreciate one with a modest amount of sugar. I'm with Josh on this one. Honey Bunches of Oats are SSS tier.
Facts. Honey bunches of oats is an amazing cereal. I'm sick of cereal drowned in sugar to be honest. When I eat cereal with a bunch of sugar I just feel like I had dessert for breakfast, and that feels disgusting sometimes.

Honestly as someone that enjoys cereal with and without milk, the most bizarre thing about the entire list is that he chose frosted flakes as his best cereal despite eating them without milk. They cut your mouth up. You can eat them without milk, but you have to do it in small amounts.
Second most bizarre thing is that Apple Cinnamon Cheerios wasn't an option. Cursed list.

also dude, cracklin' oat bran is boss. its basically "Do you need fiber cereal, but want it to actually taste good?" Cracklin oat bran is basically bran cereal...crushed up...and held together with a mountain of brown sugar, its incredibly tasty, and the only bran cereal that tastes good.
It's s-tier for sure. Also, Churros (cinn. toast crunch in a different shape that holds up to milk better.).

Here I am in northern USA, with bagged milk available in every gas station and most grocery stores. I was totally confused the first time I realized most countries don't have milk in both bagged form or jug form, blew my mind.

Can we take a moment to appreciate the egg father's argument against milk + raisin bran, then proceeding to say he likes rice crispy treats? Like maybe there's more to these things than the sum of their parts. Milk is like salt here. It's the seasoning of the cereal.
NL, as a former skeptic myself. You need you check out the nutritional label on Reese’s Puffs. That stuff is comparable to Special K in health value. And actually low in sugar.

I literally have no idea what this man is going on about when he says that certain cereals taste cold. Cold is not a flavour. And he just keeps repeating it like it's obvious that putting frosting on something makes it colder.
They put cold sauce in the cereal
there's mint (wet cold), freezer (dry cold) and fridge (weird cold, depends on specific fridge odors). If cereal is too dehydrated and crunchy and if you don't add milk to offset that I can see someone describe cereal as cold.

i can assure you as a man who grew up on milkless cereal your choices pretty much line up with my favorite cereals as a kid
also i prefer vanilla almond milk over cow milk in my cereal but if you're not a milk guy i don't think milk alternatives will make much of a difference for you

Cracklin' Oat Bran is an A tier cereal for sure, the texture alone elevates it a full place. Does need milk though, otherwise it's very dry.
Water is gross in cereal because it gets absorbed really fast. Instant soggy cereal. I don't know why it absorbs faster

I went into this video pessimistic about his tastes assuming he'd be another "Raisin-bran/Cheerios" kind of guy and was pleasantly surprised someone actually shared a cereal tier-list I completely agree with. I was on the edge of my seat, especially when he got to lucky-charms, but when he put that in C-tier I knew this man knew cereal the way I did.
Baby is "complaining" just like her daddy. She is just copying her parents (or attempting to at least). Which is good, btw. Talking to and around babies is good for their language development.
I'm a fan of Raisin Bran and Raisin Bran Crunch, but, oddly, it's the only food I like raisins in. They have no business in cookies, buns, or bread, imo. I agree with most of the rest of this tier list, but Raisin Bran is S tier.
I can understand not liking dry raisin bran, or not understanding how milk makes the gross bran better just by being added. but the milk washes off the sugary coating on the raisins, and the sweetened milk gets absorbed and balanced by the bran. If the bran were good on its own this would be overwhelming (probably).

Why don't the sell milk and cereal in the same container? One of both has a rather short shelf life of days to a few months while the other one lasts for YEARS
Pretty funny to see the discussion about regular cheerios. From a calorie perspective they aren't terrible, but it's fun to see them regarded as "not processed", there's a ton of sugar in regular cheerios compared to more healthy brands, at least here in Sweden. I find they taste really sweet, but considering the actual calorie count isn't ridiculous, they are OK in my book.

My favorite cereals are Waffle Crisp, Coco Chrispies and Frosted Mini Wheats. I’m sad that NL has never tried any of them.

As a matter of my up bringing, I never had sweet cereals, so as a consequence, Cheerios, Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies, and Corn Flakes are all S tier to me. As I am fond of saying I am a 95 year old man in a 30'sish year old body.
I just want them to bring back Strawberry Toast Crunch. Literally the best cereal I've ever had.
Pro tip: Put some peanut butter on the rim of your bowl of Frosted Flakes and get a lil scoop every time you take a bit. You can thank me later.

I'm not sure how to feel about the validity of the tier list since you don't use milk; but after watching it, your choices make sense for the most part. Frosted flakes is the best, even without milk
I can never look at Fruity Pebbles the same. When I was a teenager my family left a bowl of Fruity Pebbles in the sink for an unknown amount of time. The cereal started to mold, the milk was rotten, and when I tried to take the spoon out of the bowl the hardened disk of Fruity Pebbles lifted with the spoon to reveal the horror of the milk below. That day still lives in my nightmares. That being said, they are really good though.
Extra note: That same day I was carrying out the rotten milk container to the dumpster. I guess the movement of the milk container caused the milk to release more gas. About 20 feet from the dumpster the lid of the milk popped off and launched into space. I yeeted the milk into the dumpster and ran for my life. It was not a good day.

kraves are s-tier for sure I ate those so much in my childhood xD I actually really like special k too tho but honey bunches of oats are my absolute favorite! Edit: the flakes are def fire with milk. lol milk really changes a cereal man in some cases it even makes it. I would almost go as far as to say you were unqualified to make this tier list but then again you are the almighty Egg overlord so honestly 10/10 I loved it xD

I also don't eat cereal with milk, expires too soon. Instead I use half & half, get twice as long the best used by date - would even say it tastes better but have to ease up on the proportions of liquid to cereal.

Okay he’s right, I’m mad. Raisin Bran is actually the best cereal. I really thought nl was gonna agree but of course not he hates joke foods but doesn’t like Raisin Bran either this guy makes absolutely no sense please egg just eat cereal with milk are you actually insane. Almond milk is a bit watery, but with honey nut cheerios/ frosted flakes it's not too noticeable.
