Listen we all love Deuce, but I’m not letting him get in the way of securing a solid Big!! I legit wanted them to draft McBride when he was drafted, and was very excited to see him develop. The teams we are fighting in the East have gotten so much better, we are in it for the long season, the deep run, the freak’n Chip!! A solid group of Bigs along with what we already have can get us what we want, a damn Ring!!!
Deuce and picks for Duren would be a HR for Leon and give us the young front court freak athlete we need.
I’m not all geeked up over signing Payne. We are in need of size!! A backup 5 and 4, preferably a player that can play both! A player like Payne are dime a dozen in this league and once again we are collecting guards, putting us at a disadvantage size wise. Ppl, do not get all caught up in a game or 2 that he played good against us in the playoffs, he had nothing more than momentum success! If they’re just giving Achiewa the opportunity to sign for as much money that he can get, before signing back with us for what we are able to offer then fine. But they should make a solid commitment to him…
Get the best trade asset available for the 5.2 milly. Use that and others to trade up for a good big

This move doesn't mean ANYTHING for Deuce....Kolek isn't playing anything but blowout end of the game minutes, unless there's a couple of injuries.... most of you are to young to remember Charlie Ward, who Deuce is already better tan in more than a few areas.... Leon don't make moves with the young players like Deuce & Precious if you haven't yet given Thibs an extension. If Thibs isn't viewed as part of the long-term plans for the Knicks, then keep Deuce & sign Precious even if Thibs doesn't want him. Precious can be a bench warmer in Thib's last year of his contract. I mean really, who's the boss here? Is Thibs your boss? Or are you Thib's boss?
Make the call to Van Gundy after the end of next season.
Whatever center is added to the roster, he will become the starter before the season ends .5 plus years Mitch is what he is .If the front office had faith in Mitch, Precious would already be signed, and there would not be all the buzz about Kessler, Duren, etc... IHart was the starting center because of the spacing , not Mitch . Mitch will get moved at some point. The writing has been on the wall .

🫡 Love the content thank you for the Channel. I think signing Payne is more of a cap signing. Using the 3.1 million to find a Burke replacement to me (age 29 Payne & Randle will be the oldest players at 30 this season). Also can use Payne and trade with a player to named later mid season to lock in the Center need. Payne doesn’t affect our veterans min. Still can sign Precious and see what happens from there. We should wait and see in the mid season to trade for a center. The reason being we know who will be healthy and available. Also team know at that time if they making the playoffs or not. You can find value in a mid season trade just wait and see. Go New York 🗽 Go

Why do you keep saying that Bridges is going to''' take a pay cut;'' when he's not. He won't even take the 120 percent of the last year of his contract this year because he would only be making less than 30 million a year for 4 years he'll take the 140 percent of the final year of his contract NEXT year. in an extension.
There's zero percent chance that Bridges takes only 120 percent this year when Brunson just did the deal for 140 percent..
