[PC] HSR - Divergent Universe: The Human Comedy Difficulty 5 Threshold 1 - Wish I Had Him Built

Nice difficulty jump. Now I know it sounds strange to have Black Swan...because I have both her E1 and signature light cone, she puts out 100% follow up rate for Ratio, solid damage, and is SP positive. Hypercarry route tends to be better but I really enjoy dual DPS. The Ratio is not geared/leveled, it is the trial version they give you that sits at like 30/140 CR/CDMG...it is not good but it is alright to goof around sometimes.
