This album was one of the cornerstones of my childhood. I was an 80's baby that grew up in the private school system. Everything was very white and old fashioned. Then one day I heard R&B for the first time. I felt that a part of me was awakened... an experience that I never felt before. A part of me that I never knew I lost. This album cemented my love for R&B. It was tasteful and opened my eyes to a different life. Thank you.

Back when CD players and tape cassettes were real... Yes younger generation it was a thing.... I walk down the street on put this hit on and saw the birds chirping together... The sun is beaming in my eyes... The flowers blossoming swaying from side to side...And my puberty raging towards it peak... All innoncence great song.. Missed those days...
I remember when this first came out. There was nothing like it on the airwaves. It had a magical quality to it which is why I've always loved this rendition. Me and my bf wanted to request it on the radio but were too afraid so we got another friend to do it. It was laughs and giggles for us all night. When it played, we recorded it on cassette. The night was a blast and the rest is history.
This is the song I had my first kiss to. I will never forget it. July 2nd 1994. In my old volvo. I stayed out too late and got grounded but for the memory it was so worth it. It was with Christina Mariee Patterson. It was my first real date and I borrowed the volvo. took her to the old drive in movie ( now closed ) in Mayfield KY, after we had had dinner at Pizza hut. After the movie, we "parked" in the parking lot of my old school. I was so excited about our kiss, i did not notice the police drive by and call my dad lol. I got so grounded but it was so worth it LOL .

They are such a naturally talented band and individually as well. They are: soulful, melodic, tight harmonies and at the same so seemingly effortless. I have to agree that they are very much underrated, but I think if they were around a little longer and had a couple more classics like these; they would easily be one of the best male group of all times. But having said that they are extremely talented guys, and you can't help but to appreciate their intrinsic talent and perfect interpretation.

The Spidells perfected it and now all-4-one made it more romantic. alot of ppl who dont listen much to music assume all-4-one made this song lol although it sounds original and something all-4-one would make its not its a great rendition they brought to light from a classic song thats been sung by other great artist the Spidells will always be my favorite version.
