- A group of Karen Read supporters gathered at the Norfolk District Attorneys office with signs reading "Free Karen Read" and "Fire Proctor Now". Proctor is a state trooper who testified and was a lead investigator in the Karen Read case. Texts of his revealed he was sending derogatory texts regarding Read. Though he has not been fired, he has been suspended without pay.
